the actual needs of the Region.

◆ Indian Coast Guard reserves the right to cancel the entire recruitment at any stage of the recruitment process without assigning any reason.

◆ The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for examination. Photo copies of all educational, technical, caste and experience certificates duly self attested should be attached alongwith two recent passport size photographs.Only those candidates who have passed 10+2 examination or its Equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from recognized education boards are eligible to apply for this entry.

◆ Candidates to bring original documents on the date of written examination. Candidates have to make their own lodging and transportation

arrangements for test. In case of any injury/accident occurred during the test, the Govt. will not be held responsible for any compensation/allowance.

◆ Written test will be of Objective type. The candidates passed in the written test will be called for trade test, wherever applicable. The pass

marks will be 50% in written test. In case of SC and ST candidates, the qualifying marks shall be 45%. Accordingly merit list will be prepared.
