General Eligibility Criteria :

1. The candidate must be citizen of India.

2. Be able to speak, read & write Odia.

3. Be of good moral character & conduct.

4. Be of good mental condition and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the discharge of his duties in the service.

5. If married, must not have more than one spacious living.

6. Candidate must have passed Middle School Examination with Odia as a Language Subject, or have passed High School Certificate Examination or equivalent examination with Odia as a subject.

Educational Qualification :

◆ The candidate must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.

Physical Standard Measurement Test :

1. General / SEBC Men Candidates : Height – 168 cm / Weight – 55 kg / Chest – 79 cm to 84 cm

2. General / SEBC Female Candidates : Height – 155 cm / Weight – 47.5 cm

3. SC / ST Men Candidates : Height – 163 cm / Weight – 50 kg / Chest – 76 cm to 81 cm

4. SC / ST Female Candidates : Height – 150 cm / Weight – 45 kg

Physical Test :

1. Running one mile i.e 1600 meter : Men – 8 minutes / Female – 10 minutes

2. Cycling one mile i.e 1600 meter : Men – 5 minutes / Female – 7 minutes

3. Running over low hurdles : Men – 2 feet 6 inches height, 110 meters with 10 flights 8n 25 seconds / Female – 02 feet height, 80 meters with 10 flights in 30 seconds.

4. Broad Jump : Men – 12 feet length in 3 attempts / Female – 9 feets length in 3 attempts

5. Swimming test : Qualifying in Nature.
