Educational Qualification Details of National Health Mission Recruitment 2021 :

◆ Block Programme Manager : A candidate must have passed Post Graduate with minimum 55% marks. She/he should have Completed one year Diploma in Computer Application form Recognized University / Institute.

◆ Salary : Rs – 24,122 /- Per Month

◆ Candidate Maximum Age : 35 Years

◆ Computer Assistant : Candidate must have passed Any Graduate with minimum 50% marks in aggregate with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application ( PGDCA ) from a Govt. Recognized Institution.

◆ The candidate must be a permanent resident of Nuapada District.

◆ Salary : Rs – 17,614 /- Per Month

◆ Candidate Maximum Age : 35 Years

Selection Process for Block Programme Manager :

Selection Procedure will be :

1. Mark Assessment ( Post Graduate ) : 40 Marks

2. Computer Test ( Practical ) : 20 Marks

3. Viva – voce : 40 Marks

Notes : –

◆ Candidates 3 times of vacancies on the basis of merit list prepared on mark Assessment shall be called for Computer Practical Test.

◆ Candidates securing 50% and above marks in the Computer Test shall be called for Viva-voce .

◆ The final merit list shall be prepared for all the candidates, who appeared for the interview by complaining marks secured in all the three stages.

Selection Procedure for Computer Assistant :

Procedure of Selection :

1. Computer Test ( MS Office ) : 50 Marks

2. Interview : 50 Marks

Note : – Candidate securing 50% or above marks in the Computer test will be eligible for appearing interview.

Documents Required :

A. Self attested photo copies of all documents in support of age, qualifications, experience etc.

B. Two copies of passport size color attested photograph . One copy of attested photograph will however to affixed at the position in the application form.

C. Registration certificate from respective Board / Internship completion certificate for AYUSH Doctor.

D. Self attested photocopy of identity proof ( Voter ID / PAN Card / Driving License / Aadhar Card ).
